Mr. LADNER:

There are four assistant
commissioners appointed, one at the head of the lakes and one each in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Why is there not an assistant commissioner stationed at Vancouver, where i00,000,000 buhsels of wheat go through the port in a year, and where there is a storage capacity of approximately 13,000,000 bushels?
