1. What contracts or agreements or undertakings at present exist for bringing immigrants into Canada, between the federal government or any department thereof, and the imperial government or any other government, concern, association, company, individual or individuals?
2. What inducements are offered to these immigrants, in the way of, (a) reduced transportation charges, (b) assistance to agriculturists, (c) protection against unemployment or any
other considerations?
