Mr. SPEAKER:

The resolution of March 9, 1921, directs that speeches delivered in the French language be translated and printed on the Monday following delivery. The speech of the hon. member for Laprairie-Napierville (Mr. Lanctot) was delivered on April 11, 1927, and translated, but prorogation intervening on Thursday, April 14, no issue of Hansard appeared on the following Monday The translation does appear in the revised edition of the Official Report of Debates.
