Mr. DUNNING:

These estimates with respect to the railways and merchant marine are back from the committee and have been approved. Perhaps we could put them through now. If anyone wishes to discuss the one with respect to the Canadian National Railways I should be glad to let these items stand, but they have been examined by the special committee and recommended to the House.
