Mr. Speaker, I do not
rise to oppose the intent of the motion, but it runs in my mind that I have never heard of a report of a committee being referred to the committee otf Supply, and that the right procedure is to have the report come before the House and be by the House referred to the committee of Supply. I speak, though, without having had time to look the point up.
