Mr. STEWART (Argenteuil):

I think my
hon. friend has been confusing the matter by reference to certain areas of the berth that were not included in the reservation for the preservation of water. The area alienated for the purpose of purification of water was quite available for logging; but that question did arise in our endeavour to settle the matter later, and there is an area on the other side on the height of land lying over to the southwest that will be available for logging probably in the very near future. The railway is built into another berth that adjoins it.
