Mr. STEWART (Argenteuil):

I certainly
will look into the matter. Matters that get into the court for court decision, of course, get out of the hands of the minister except the Minister of Justice. The case is out of the control of the other ministers when it reaches that stage. My hon. friend informs me that the matter has been lying dormant in the Exchequer court for a number of years, and therefore it would not come through the Department of the Interior. However, I shall be very glad to get the information and give it to my hon. friend.
