Not to my recollection. Claims are made, for instance, in regard to war gratuities and matters of that kind, the details of which I cannot recollect at the moment, and they are paid out of this vote. It may seem strange that seven years after the war there should be claims by those entitled to gratuities, and one would have thought they would have got the money but claims are continually coming in.
