Mr. MEIGHEN:

I do not think the member for Marquette (Mr. Crerar) would be influenced by any file. I am afraid he is in the class described by his leader (Mr. Forke) in his speech on the budget-those who cannot by any process of reasoning be made to agree with the protectionist doctrine.
