Yes, but my point is
this: That the bank note construction is very complicated and technical, designed through many, many years to make anything in the way of duplication impossible. Consequently the actual signature of a very important official is not so important as would be the actual signature of a very important official on the bonds, because -a bond can be duplicated quite easily.
