Sir HENRY DRAYTON (West York):

Will my hon. friend the Acting Minister of Finance (Mr. Robb) explain the reason for the delay in bringing down the Supplementary Estimates? The British Columbia election is now past, is there any further necessity for withholding the information in connection with the elevator at Vancouver? Everybody apparently wants to get home, but we do not know what we can do until these Supplemen-taries are brought down. Of course, if my hon. friend can tell us that there are to be no further estimates, the announcement will expedite our proceedings.
