The MINISTER OF FINANCE.

In moving the adjournment of the House I may say that at the earlier part of to-morrow's session, it is expected that the Minister of Railways will bring forward his resolutions with regard to the Canadian Northern Railway. Eater I would be glad to have the co-operation of my friends opposite in giving consideration to several items of special supply for the current year. They will be in the Departments of Mounted Police, Militia, Public Works and Agriculture. I refer to special items urgently needed for the service of the present .year. I hope to have the co-operation of lion, gentlemen in accepting these with as little discussion as possible so that we may get a special Supply Bill through.
