1. Have any reports or recommendations or letters been received from the President of the Canadian National Railways in reference to the Toronto viaduct which the Canadian National Railways are obligated to help build as per viaduct agreement, 1913?
2. In view of the priority of this National Railway Contract (1913), what is the policy of the government in the matter and the reason why the contract is not being carried out, and when will a decision be come to in the matter, and what action will be taken?
3. Will the share of the National Railways for this work be recommended by the government to parliament during the present session?
