I have the honour to inform the House that I have received a report from the Clerk of Petitions, who directs the attention of the House to the fact that the petition of Alexander Birnie and others, presented yesterday, is irregular in that it is addressed to the Prime Minister of Canada and not to the House of Commons in Parliament assembled.
