Hon. JOHN HAGGART (South Lanark).
Mr. Speaker, before tbe Orders of tbe Day are called, I understand from the right hon. leader of the government (Rt. Hon. Sir Wilfrid Laurier) that the hon. Minister of Railways and Canals (Hon. Mr. Blair) is going- to make his statement in connection with the Intercolonial Railway to-morrow. There are three notices of motion asking for returns to be brought down-Nos. 11, 12, and 13. I would ask if be would be kind enough to have them before tbe meeting of the House to-morrow.
