Mr. CRONYN:

I have since been able
to read Hansard, and as my hon. friend from Quebec South (Mr. Power) was the member who raised this point, and I think the only Liberal member who spoke on it at the time, it would be quite unfair to him, especially knowing as I do his attitude towards the soldier, to allow him to remain under that imputation.
