Mr. J. J. DENIS (Joliette) :

The Income Tax Act having been modified every year now for three or four years, and having become difficult of application, may 1 emphasize the importance of the Government's proceeding with the Bill which' now stands on the Order Paper in the name of the Minister of Finance (Sir Henry Drayton) to consolidate the Income Tax Act?
I think it is of considerable importance that this Bill be passed at this session in order chat it may be applied as soon as possible.
