With reference to the previous question put to the Minister of Militia and answered by him, I should like to ask him, in his capacity as Acting Solicitor General, whether or not he can tell the House that the presence in Canada of foreign agitators during an election is not distinctly contrary to the provisions of the Dominion Elections Act passed last year?
