Before the Orders of the Day are called, may I ask the Government who is paying for the structure on Connaught square in front of the post office? It is very ungainly, lacking any architectural character, and is very expensive into the bargain.
SIR GEORGE FOSTER (Acting Prime Minister): I have no positive information, but I understand that the cost of the structure ds assumed by the parities who are interested in making the Victory Loan a success.
