I have not seen the cheque, and. I do not know what was marked on it; tout, even if that be so, the proper time for discussing this matter would be upon the Estimates of the Department of Justice. This appropriation is very urgently needed at the present time, and as there is a full opportunity to discuss the matter then, I see no reason why this appropriation should be delayed, now.
