Mr. BORDEN (Halifax).

This is a newspaper which is supporting the hon. gentleman-at least, it is supporting him now, and I thought probably it would have a correct version of what he said. It does not put it as the hon. gentleman does. It says that the commission is to be composed of these gentlemen. I gather from the hon. gentleman that he made no such statement- that the version given by this newspaper is incorrect in that regard. .
