1. Has any order been passed by Mr. McGregor prohibiting or restricting the shipment of mill feed, bran or shorts from any place in Western Canada to the Eastern Provinces?
2. If so, (a) what is the order, (b) and how long will it remain in force?
Hon. Mr. C3RERAR:
1. An arrangement has been made with the mills west of and including Kenora that they will not ship bran or shorts east of Kenora without a written consent from ' Mr. McGregor.
2. (a) Answered 'by No. 1. (b) The arrangement is expected to continue as long as it will facilitate the distribution of feed at a minimum cost and tend to reduce transportation difficulties.
