I desire to move, seconded by the hon. member for North York (Mr. J. A. M. Armstrong):
That the Order of the Day for House in Committee of the Whole on Bill No. 96, (Letter E2 of the Senate), intituled "An Act to incorporate the Dominion Good Roads Association," be discharged and the Bill referred back to the Select Standing Committee on
Miscellaneous Private Bills for further consideration.
He said: After the committee rose yesterday information was received from the representatives of the Ontario Government in Ottawa that they desired to make some representations on this Bill, and in order that those representations may be made to the committee I make this motion.
