Robert Laird Borden (Prime Minister; Secretary of State for External Affairs; President of the Privy Council)
Conservative (1867-1942)
Sir ROBERT BORDEN:
That report was referred by resolution of the House to each department of the Government, and the deputy head of each department was instructed to make a report as to carrying it out, and to have that report ready for the present session of Parliament. I think my memory is correct in that respect. I do not know whether those reports have been made and referred to the committee or not, but I will make inquiry.
