Mr. LOGGIE:

My respected friend from South Renfrew says that he thinks the province has nothing to do with it. T am only using this as an alternative. If the Government Will not act on their own initiative altogether, will not they ask the Provincial Government to join in the construction of these bridges and thus afford access to the railway on the north side of the river for those from whom they have taken the railway?
