I do not want to trespass
upon the rules at all; I merely wanted to give the information I had and the reason why I was asking the question. The information was given me by some of my constituents, who asked me to draw the attention of the minister to the situation and see if he has the information to give as to why this freight has been held up as it has been during the past week or two, and if he can do anything to remedy the great inconvenience.
