Sir ROBERT BORDEN moved:

That a committee composed of Sir Robert Borden, Sir Wilfrid Laurier, Sir George Foster, the Hon. Geo. P. Graham, and Mr. R. B. Bennett, be appointed to prepare a resolution of condolence on the death of the Rt. Hon. Sir Charles Tupper, Bart., G.C.M.G., and report the same with all convenient speed.
