Mr. Reginald Belair (Cochrane -Superior):

Mr. Speaker, I have a supplementary question.
I also hear some Hon. Members from Quebec. It will soon be your turn to ask your Minister the same question.
My supplementary question is the following, Mr. Speaker: Exports of softwood lumber to the United States from the sawmills of northern Ontario have dropped from a peak of 87 per cent in 1986 to 8 per cent in 1988.

Privilege-Mr. Kindy
