Mr. Bill Blaikie (Winnipeg-Birds Hill):

Mr. Speaker, the Prime Minister for the most part was careful in what he had to say about this. One of the things that it appears he was careful not to say was that he would be promoting Manitoba as a site for an aluminum smelter. I am not so sure we have the flip-flop here that the Hon. Member for Winnipeg-Fort Garry says we have, unless of course we can get the Prime Minister to his feet to say that, indeed, he will be promoting Manitoba as a site for an aluminum smelter.
