Ms. Sheila Copps (Hamilton East):

Mr. Speaker, I would like to direct my question to the Prime Minister. I have a case here of a woman who, for 15 years, delivered rural mail. Last month she was terminated by Canada Post allegedly because of a disagreement over air conditioning, but the real reason was because she was a founding member of the Rural Route Mail Carriers of Canada and a founding member of Rural Dignity. Why was Sue Eybel fired from Hagersville? Why was John Quigley fired from Toronto? Why is the Government running a campaign of harassment against employees who are trying to fight for Canadian rights?
