Mr. Speaker, when the Leader of the Opposition hears the Member for Shefford speak of his leader with affection, he must be worried when he hears such things.
The question from the Hon. Member for Shefford, who has set the record for hypocrisy... The Hon. Member for Shefford is more or less repeating his leader's question, except that the question from the Leader of the Liberal Party was more precise.
I took the liberty to answer by using not only the arguments in the document but also the arguments made by Premier Bourassa and his Liberal Government in Quebec. He says that the Hon. Member for Shefford need not worry, Quebecers approve of the free trade treaty.
