We are aware that a report had been commissioned from Mr. Warren Edmunson, a conciliation commissioner. We know the Government has a copy of the report in hand. I would like to ask if the Government is in a position to table the report forthwith, or at least to release the essential elements of the report in order that Canadians may better understand the issues at stake, especially as they threaten a service that they have paid for and to which they feel entitled?
