Mr. Lalonde:

This has been the case with all games like this, whether it was the Olympic lottery or the provincial lotteries. We are facing difficulties, and competition, and restrictions which the provincial lotteries have imposed. The Hon. Member is aware of that. We are going to make sure that we are going to have the funds available to make this project a success.
