Mr. Speaker, the Minister is emerging as one of the four horsemen of the new Liberal apostasy. Since we now know that only the Liberals could open a casino and lose their shirts, my question is very simple. Every $ 10 million advanced to this corporation, money which will be lost, represents lost job potential for young

people in the order of 3,000 to 4,000 jobs. Given what is known about the contracts, the Minister's own people and staff who have been hired, the situation regarding the advertising contracts, and the impossibility of this operation making a penny, will the Minister tell the House why the House of Commons should be prevented from getting a proper accounting of everything done to date before that Minister, on behalf of the people of Canada, puts more money into the Sports Pool, to be lost?
