Mr. Speaker, in the absence of the President of the Treasury Board I will put my question to the Acting Prime Minister. Will he give this House an absolutely firm and iron-clad guarantee today that no further funds will be advanced to the Sports Pool until the House of Commons has had, at the very least, a full, complete and proper accounting of every penny spent to date?
