Mr. LeBlanc:

To make sure that I am really saying what I mean I shall use a language of which I have a better command, as the Hon. Member seems to suggest. Having read the exchange in question, I am surprised that the Hon. Member raised this issue, for I found it as embarrassing to read today as it was to hear yesterday.
If the expression "demagogue" is deemed unparliamentary, I apologize to the House; having said that, however, I suggest that this exchange is far from being representative of what exchanges in the House ought to be.
