Mr. SCHAFFNER, I did not say anything about jack rabbits.
Mr. FISHER, I do not know whether it matters very much whether they were jack rabbits or rabbit skins. My hon. friend from Qu'Appelle (Mr. Lake) has referred to a matter which justifies my action. During the taking of the census of 1906 a gentleman called Mr. Moberley was recommended as a guide to take some enumerator away to the north part of the country. I did not know Mr. Moberley from Adam. I took the recommendation. I cannot remember at the moment who made it. It was certainly not
