They can do banking by issuing little notes payable to bearer, by receiving deposits, and by lending and borrowing money either by way of mortgage or upon their own paper. It seems to me I repeat, that the company should not be called 'The Grain Growers' Co., Limited,'
but the 'General Promoters and Schemers Co., Limited.'
