1 Has the government renewed the contract with Pickford & Black for a fortnightly steamship service from St. John and Halifax to the West Indies?
2. Tf so. in granting such renewal and subsidy, have Canadian interests been protected and provision made that the mails, passengers and freight will be carried in Canadian bottoms ?
