Hon. gentlemen opposite may laugh. I suppose they cannot conceive that a man would do such a thing. They have just been cheering the hon. member from Brandon for having left his party and joined them. Because I do not choose to leave my party on this question and join them, they jeer at me. But I venture to say that if I had followed the hon. member for Brandon, they would cheer me as they have cheered him.
