It being after ten o'clock, this House would ordinarily stand adjourned. 1 have an indication that the right hon. Prime Minister (Mr. Clark) wishes to gain the floor for the purpose of making a brief comment to the House. Since it is after the ordinary hour of adjournment, he could do so only with consent of the House. Is there such consent?
