Hon. Romeo LeBlanc (Minister of Fisheries and the Environment):
Mr. Speaker, not only have I received a letter from the hon member indicating that he would ask these questions, but I have also seen the clippings from the Winnipeg Free Press, in which he has obviously orchestrated some kind of
campaign announcing that affidavits might or might not come. By the way, these affidavits have nothing to do with marketing. If what is contained in the affidavits is perceived by the hon. member as being correct, and if he is interested in these matters being investigated, the least he should do is to give them to the attorney general of Manitoba.
