Mr. SPROULE.

It seems to me that the government is dealing pretty generously, with the city of Ottawa. The government gave the dity $60,000 for twenty years, making $1,200,000. We are going to give them $40,000 for ten years, making $400,000, and $15,000 a year, I suppose in perpetuity?
