(Translation). Mr. Speaker, I rise to a point of order. The hon. member, I think, has no right to cast aspersions on a whole section of the House, I mean on those hon. members who support the government, by charging them with holding promises of rewards, in such a way as to prevent their giving an independent vote. It is contrary to the dignity and the rule of this House to discuss political issues on such lines. I shall await your ruling, Mr. Speaker.
