Mr. Speaker, I thank the hon. member for his support for this program that was an initiative this government embarked upon in 1975. It still remains a very high priority with the government. In the hon. member's region or area there is a technical problem which we are working on and with which we will press ahead. This is a commitment to the area concerned and it remains a high priority. Within the limits of fiscal responsibility we intend to press ahead.
