Lloyd Roseville Crouse

Progressive Conservative

Mr. Lloyd R. Crouse (South Shore):

Mr. Speaker, I ask leave, under Standing Order 43, to move, seconded by the hon. member for Humber-St. George's-St. Barbe (Mr. Marshall):
That this House orders that Canada, in view of the decline in fish stocks off our coasts, and the lack of precise information regarding existing stocks in the areas to be retained under Canadian jurisdiction, should immediately announce its intentions with regard to establishing a 200-mile limit, as well as Canada's related position in ICNAF, and
that announcements concerning these matters should first be made in this House.
