The MINISTER OF PUBLIC WORKS.

We are simply sheltering them as we shelter foreign trade. The immigration trade here is a very valuable one. There are lots of goods of all kinds that pass through and for which we have to provide accommodation. We provide for immigrants in Just the same way. The inspection is not made at our expense at all.
