This statement is headed, 'The engineer's estimated quantity of solid rock, loose rock and common excavation in the section of line covered by each contract, and the estimated cost under these headings, based upon the rates of accepted tender.' As I understand, that is not restricted to the work done up to the present time; it is an estimate in respect of all the work from Moncton to Winnipeg under these items.
