Mr. CAMPBELL.

I desire to ask the Minister of Agriculture (Mr. Fisher) what has been done with reference to disinfecting the stock yards at the feeding points between here and Manitoba. I understood the minister to say that he would attend to it at once. I am informed that nothing has been done so far. I would like to know what the Department of Agriculture is for, if it is not to serve the interests of the farmers in such matters as this? i-
