Mr. SINCLAIR.

During the recess Commander Wakeham, an officer of the Department of Marine and Fisheries, was appointed to take evidence with reference to the lobster industry. He completed his work and brought in his report recommending certain changes in the fishery law. These recommendations have been referred to the Committee on Marine and Fisheries. The committee recommend that a thousand copies of Commander Wakeham's report be printed.
